Transformational Breath® is a multi-dimensional personal development system built around a breathing technique. Simple to perform, it produces spectacular results but, like any technique that claims to go deep, it requires a lot of expertise in its implementation.
Three key elements contribute to the unique atmosphere of our workshops: psychological safety, freedom of expression, and respect for the individual. We work with our team of passionate facilitators: the typical participant-to-facilitator ratio is 3:1.

“Change your breath, change your life” is a very real proposition. There is a before and after! Our participants say so! However, what is required from you if you decide to participate is to be very clear about the desired transformation. What do you want? What do you really want to change in your life? Or perhaps you prefer the question most used in our workshops: what is the desire of my heart?
We offer intensive 6-day seminars (the Transformational Breath® seminar is globally renowned) and also introductory weekends several times a year: Presence of Breath and Breathing Into Now.
