High impact coaching
Inspiring Transformational Leaders

Breathe energy into your ambitions
If facilitating is about getting the audience to be more present, you could say that coaching is about getting speakers to be more present. What does that mean? It means finding ways to trigger a greater alignment, not only alignment with the message of the event and audience expectations but internal alignment of the speaker’s physical, mental and emotional resources. For that we have to breathe energy into your ambitions.
Strategic and targeted
I have two intentions when I coach: how can we make this more strategic? How can we make it more targeted? Strategic means – how can we organise the message and make choices so that clarity is maximised? Targeted means – how can we adapt the message to meet the audience where they are? This implies knowing where their gaps are – not only in terms of messages but also in terms of motivation. High Impact presenting means taking on board the task of motivating the audience.
